Shipping Domestic

Shipping rates are based on the package size, weight, and destination, and all orders are insured for their full value. Most orders are sent within 24 hours, with the exception of orders for which we must make pottery. In that case, please allow for up to two weeks for our potters to complete your piece(s). 

CONTINENTAL US, ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO: We offer ground shipping at checkout. If you would like to be quoted for expedited shipping, please call us during business hours at (401) 783-2350, or email us at peterpotspottery@verizon.net.

Shipping International

If you would like us to ship an order internationally, please call us during business hours at (401) 783-2350, or email us at peterpotspottery@verizon.net. We will take your order and we'll find the most cost effective way to ship it. We'll then confirm the price and method with you before shipping or charging. FYI: Priority Mail International prices for a 10 lb package to Canada $35, Europe $55, Japan $65 (6-10 days).

Item(s) Arrived Broken

We pack everything to withstand rough handling, but occasionally pottery can break during shipping. If this happens, notify us immediately at peterpotspottery@verizon.net and we'll send a replacement item as soon as we can at no additional cost to you.

Please email us photos of the damaged piece and the outside of the box so we can file a claim with the carrier. Any creases in the box indicate that the packaged was crushed in shipment.

Kindly keep the broken piece along with the box and packing for 30 days in case the carrier needs to inspect them.
