Our Pie Plate not only looks striking, but has a lot of innovations baked in! It has a spiral-fluted bottom that helps keep the bottom crust from getting soggy, and its curved bottom profile makes it easier to scoop out a slice. The tall rim allows you to tuck in the crust edge and also helps reduce spill-over while baking.

The Pie Bird
The Pie Bird is a steam vent that is baked right into the center of the top crust of a pie, eliminating the need to cut vent holes and making your pie the talk of the event.
Each piece is completely handcrafted and signed "Peter Pots." There is a slight variation between pieces, and if you are ordering several pieces, we make every effort to pick items as similar as possible. We strive to keep all items in stock, but we may need to make something for your order. Please allow up 2 weeks for our potters to make your pieces.
