Our Rhode Island Cornbread Muffin Gift Set has everything needed to bake a big batch of adorable individual cornbread loaves and includes all-natural strawberry jam, handcrafted exclusively for us. The Rhode Island recipe uses white cornmeal instead of yellow, and it produces light, fluffy, and naturally sweet cornbread. Included are:

• 360° Grip Mixing Bowl in your choice of glaze color

• Kenyon’s Old Fashioned Corn Bread & Muffin Mix (1.5 lbs.)

• Glen Rock Mill Strawberry Jam (9 oz.)

• One dozen 4” dia. freestanding baking cups

• Wooden mixing spoon

Just add egg, water, and oil to the mix. The baking cups are freestanding and can be arranged on baking sheets. Add 1/2 cup batter to each and bake at 375° for 25 minutes. One package makes 12 4” diameter individual loaves.
