Peter Pots made Foot Ashtrays for about twenty five years, beginning in 1955. This labeled pair is from the mid 1960s and retains the 1960s gold foil Handcrafted Peter Pots Stoneware label. Unfortunately, the other foot has a small chip on the underside (right foot, little toe). These early Foot Ashtrays are delicate and light. Each about 2.5” x 4”.
