The original Fish Ashtrays were dainty and asymmetrical. As smoking fell out of favor, our design was repurposed as the current Fish Spoon Rest. We have two of these from the 1960s with Mahogany Brown glaze over a red clay body and both signed by Mrs. Carsten, who signed everything then. Each is 5.25” long and 2” in height at the tail.
